Disliked: We loved it all, except the wait for our pizza because we were told the kitchen oven wasn’t working. I’m not sure how our pizza was made but it wasn’t the greatest.

Disliked: Rushed out by staff after requesting late check out, room was kinda bad. Spa tub did not work

I don’t recommend

Liked: Beautiful, clean and full or resources
Disliked: The staff was rude. One day before my check out at 8:45AM a crew member invaded the room with my wife alone inside the bathtub and started to yell “you must leave!”. I complained with the front desk and they called the manager to check on the situation, promising he would follow up. I never heard back from the hotel.

Disliked: We did have to request a crib multiple times but that was the only hitch we had :) one thing that would have made it better for me was if there were better splash pads/shallow pools for younger kids
