Liked: The room, staff, pool, location, gated property, kitchen, and giant chess.
Disliked: Was not happy when we found ticks, bed bug, and Cimicidae in the room, saw one come from the base board. Didn’t realize it was a facility that allows pets until it was too late to cancel for free. Plus the hot tub by the pool seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, felt slimy and had a layer of scum on the water. Floors were not mopped well, noticed when spilt some water and cleaned it up with paper towel that was then all dirty. Avoid for this reason until they have pest control come through and stop allowing pets. Would have stayed in the future if it wasnt for bugs.

Liked: The entire stay was absoutely amazing from check-in to check-out. We were greeted with a smile and amazing customer service. Diana who checked us in was very professional and gave us a good rundown of the property, and things to do in the area. Furthermore, when we are in the Vegas area this property will be our "Go To" for lodging.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Really good for families and it has everything that you need. The staff really helpful.

Liked: Free shuttle to Strip and parking included in the price.
Disliked: We had to wait for the room and left our phone number, nobody called to let us know that it was ready. Sofa bed...just forget about it if you think you can sleep on it, it's impossible, you're gonna break your back. The sheet, pillow etc for the bed wasn't' ready in the room, so I had to go myself to take it.
