disappointed with the attention and...

Disliked: You charged me double for my room and until today you have not returned my money. I paid my reservation with a card and then they charged me additionally for the same room at the hotel. I was making the claim 2 weeks ago at that hotel and they have not refunded my money. I paid double for my room and no one has solved that for me. I paid more than 400 dollars for a room for 1 night and it is not fair that they did not return the money they charged me extra.

Liked: It's the best Hotel I have ever stayed. We liked the cleanliness and quietness of the Hotel. Room service was always available whenever you call and need them.
Disliked: The best part of the hotel was the room service. They are one call away. Fornt desk is also very helpful. You will get all the help you and care you accept from a hotel.

Liked: The rooms were updated and well-appointed. Everything worked well. There were the perfect amount of electrical outlets and well spaced for my work needs. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great - plenty of counter space and good water pressure. The gym, pool, and spa were amazing. The front desk staff and maid service were excellent. The bar and restaurant was very good.
Disliked: The steam room did not work. There was only one way to enter the property and this made walking to the parking lot long.
