Disliked: Very rude, very dirty, very unprofessional, very condescending, called my family stupid, would not accommodate us for their mistake of "listing for the wrong price" was willing to pay whatever price of the room, even though I already did so on Booking.com, refused to give us a room.

I accidently gave rockerville lodge...

Disliked: I accidently left a $50 SD card lay in the room with many pictures from our 12 day trip. We called 2 hrs after leaving and they found it and threw it out. They said we could come back and go thru the garbage. Very rude people. No policy on lost found and very unsanitary breakfast area that had little to eat and clutter sitting everywhere. Don’t ever go here unless you are very hard up!
