Disliked: Restaurant was terrible, rooms weren’t clean and beds uncomfortable

Exceptional

Liked: We were upgraded to a room that overlooked the sea, it was brilliant. Bed was really comfortable. Lots of places to sit and relax whilst watching the view. Free parking outside the hotel. Close to Tobamory main street.
Disliked: An earlier check in time would be nice (it is presently 4pm).

Liked: Perfect location and extremely friendly staff

Underwhelming

Liked: Superb view and spacious room. Bar was excellent
Disliked: Bathroom was small and needs upgrading. Restaurant was in with the bar which ruined the overall experience. Poor that the breakfast was a buffet, in a hotel of this standard you would expect a la carte.

Liked: The views from the hotel are exceptional, and an excellent choice for breakfast, no complaints about actual hotel or staff everyone was so friendly and couldn't do enough for you.
Disliked: The inland facing room was very very basic for price paid. I had expected it to be really luxurious and special, which it definitely was not, and it was not the cleanest either could definitely do with a head housekeeper checking rooms! The hotel could do with someone going round and fixing, just little things, but please don't be put off it is a beautiful hotel to stay in just expensive for what you get.
