Will never stay there again
Liked: Nothing it was awful! The pictures on the Internet are old
Disliked: The outside look nothing like the pictures on the Internet. The bathroom sink barely worked. We were in a no smoking wing but somebody was smoking marijuana and it filled the hallway the comforter on the bed was old and not very warm. The bottle of shampoo they left was half used there was hair in the shower, the The neighborhood was terrible honestly I was afraid somebody was going to break into my car there were weeds growing all around the building the lights were so bright in the hallway that they streamed all the way around the door at night The curtain rod in the room was barely hanging onto the wall the curtain wasn?t big enough to block the street lights. The bed sits on a metal box frame every time you got close to the bed you kicked that metal. The headboard is smaller than the bed so your pillows fall off. After taxes I paid a little over $100 a night I know better next time. My son is in the military we are retired military we picked this hotel because it was close to the base and the pictures were deceiving.

It was bad mine stay...
Liked: I didn?t have any breakfast..Location is bad..Scaring a lot of people around the hotel like homeless, I get there at round 1am and Igot out at 6am ..I didn?t sleep at all..
Disliked: Nothing..That bed destroyed, so dirty all the room and the bed.

My experience was terrible and...
Liked: We arrived for the reservation we made on 7/24. The hotel did not look anything like the pictures. There were several people standing in like to get refunds for reservations. One person in line told us we should probably do the same and request a refund because the hotel was very poor. We requested a refund and were told to go look at the room and "not judge a book by its cover". We agreed to look at the room and were not happy with it. It was very small, there was hair on the bed and dirt in the shower. The amenities - fridge and microwave - were rusted over. This room was unacceptable and was more along the lines of an $80 hotel. I could have paid $100 more and stayed closer to the beach in a much nicer hotel. The pictures were very deceiving. We went up to the front desk and said we were not happy with the room and wanted a refund. She said - since we had already taken the room, the cancellation policy was in place and a refund could not be given. The cancellation policy stated we could receive money for one nights stay - which was the full extent of our stay, so we would be losing our money with no place to stay for the night. We asked to see another room available and the woman unhappily agreed and showed us two more. Each room had stained pillows, hair on the bed, and rusted amenities. We told her the first room was better than these two and accepted neither she showed us. At this point she told us to call the service we made the booking through so we called booking.com and talked with Ms. Carol. She was very nice and tried her best to help us. She said it would be brought to the manager's attention when he or she was back on shift on Monday. I hope management will do the right thing and offer a full refund. I personally work in customer service and try to ignore when things go wrong because I understand things happen. This hotel did not try to make things right and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Disliked: Everything. Deceiving pictures online, dirty beds, stained pillows, rude staff, and outrageous prices for the quality. I figured if I was paying $200 for a hotel I would get a nice room with quality service.
