Lovely hotel; would defo visit again; breakfast was fantastic.

Liked: We were made very welcome and the staff were tremendous.
Disliked: Sofa bed for an adult is a no - I did not feel relaxed after sleeping on the sofa bed.

Beyond excellent this hotel is...

Liked: Room was excellent , it was spacious , clean , toiletries, bath robes overall excellent. Staff were polite and friendly . Prices of drinks excellent value with plenty of choice. We had breakfast from the buffet and there was plenty of selection eggs, sausages, bacon , black pudding , haggis, tatties scones , mushrooms as well as cereals fruit and yoghurt. Location was perfect as we were attending and event at the racecourse.
Disliked: Could not fault this hotel at all service was excellent and the price we paid was so much value for money.

Liked: The main hotel was pleasantly more than we expected. All staff were very friendly and smartly dressed. Great value for money, and we would definitely stay again, just not in the courtyard rooms
Disliked: We were in the courtyard rooms, which are presently being refurbished, which in itself didn't cause us any concerns., as our room had been modernised to a good level. But the walls are paper thin, we could hear the rooms around, above and down the hall. I would suggest trying to put in more soundproofing .

Liked: Our room was ready early so we were able to make the most of our stay, our room was huge, beautiful and clean, We stayed for dinner which was amazing, service was really quick and professional.The staff were really friendly and we will definitely be back.
