Western House Hotel

Lovely hotel; would defo visit again; breakfast was fantastic.

Liked: We were made very welcome and the staff were tremendous.
Disliked: Sofa bed for an adult is a no - I did not feel relaxed after sleeping on the sofa bed.

Liked: A very comfortable bed in a large well appointed room. We had a room in the annex but it wasn’t a problem. We ate in the restaurant and were pleased with our plant based meals. Lots of free safe parking and the hotel was easy to find. The staff are all helpful and pleasant.

Liked: First visit and would like to say that our stay was brilliant. We will returnthe room was a good size (well presented ) the bed was very comfortable ( and big)Breakfast was more than adequate and overall the Hotel main building was indeed 5 star
Disliked: TV in room was set on Audio description and try as I could I couldn't remove, very annoying !The fire door next to our room badly and loudly squeaked every time someone opened and closed it which disturbed our sleep. This was reported to reception on our departure

Liked: Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms. Food was great and coffee hot.
Disliked: Minor issues.Couldn't connect to the WiFi in the annex where our room was, wouldn't have installed the towel rail next to the toilet roll holder, and the coat hook was loose.
