Liked: The hotel is right downtown, yet there was no noise. The apartments have everything that is needed. Too bad we only stayed for one night. Great kitchen, comfy bed, nice bathroom. I would stay there again. Staff was very friendly.

Liked: It was a good location
Disliked: The man who gave the keys. I don't know why you would hire someone who doesn't know how to speak to people. Yelled at me for sitting on a bench.. is it hard to say excuse me? I mean you treat people the way you feel.. but geez it just ruined the experience. I did not have a good feeling after that. Simple excuse me but yelling at someone to get out?Hire better people!

Disliked: No elevator so we had to carry our own luggage 3 flights of stairs.

Disliked: Very inconvienent to have to park in pay parking and walk back to hotel with luggage, no offer of help or a cart, no front desk so have to disturb waitress in restaurant. Felt unorganized. The lack of help getting up 4 flights of stairs with luggage was ridiculas. Was just very inconvient for the price we paid
