A very comfortable and tasteful...

Liked: We have stayed here before -- the rooms/suites are beautifully appointed, comfortable and spacious. The bed was excellent and bathroom and kitchenette facilities were modern and worked well.
Disliked: My single complaint concerns the toilet layout in our room -- inexplicably a long-bowl toilet (and its seat cover) were put under a narrow counter ridge running above, meaning that you could not fully open the cover without one or both of the parts falling down. It would not stay up on its own. All in all a comparatively small concern, but an avoidable one.

Liked: The hotel is right downtown, yet there was no noise. The apartments have everything that is needed. Too bad we only stayed for one night. Great kitchen, comfy bed, nice bathroom. I would stay there again. Staff was very friendly.

Liked: It was a good location
Disliked: The man who gave the keys. I don't know why you would hire someone who doesn't know how to speak to people. Yelled at me for sitting on a bench.. is it hard to say excuse me? I mean you treat people the way you feel.. but geez it just ruined the experience. I did not have a good feeling after that. Simple excuse me but yelling at someone to get out?Hire better people!

Disliked: No elevator so we had to carry our own luggage 3 flights of stairs.
