Liked: They were there when we got there.
Disliked: The whole place gave a bad vibe, but once inside it was very dirty, smelled nasty had dog hairs on mattress/ sheet. Didn't even stay in the room once we got into the room. We slept in our car.

I want my $120 back!

Disliked: Kansas has consumer protection laws to stop companies like yours from ripping people off. I don't recommend Bookings.com or this hotel to anyone. The door didn't latch closed properly. There were bloody bandages on the floor. The toilet didn't flush and there was a huge hole in the side of the tub covered with duct tape. plumbing didn't drain properly. I had to wash up with nothing but a rag. There was no bedding, the one sheet on the bed was filthy. No pillows. I slept in a chair the TV was gone and replaced with a tiny box tv from the 1900s. There is gang grafitti on the wall. The dressers were broken. Where do I stop? Oh and to top it off, the room was advertised at $52, I paid $74 with bookings BS fees, and that wasnt enough. When I got there the property manager wanted more money so he grabbed my device and cash apped himself another $42 which was exactly what I had in cash app and exactly what I had to my name so I'm working 12 hour days and haven't eaten since Wednesday.
