Liked: It was really close to Sequoia National Park and close to amenities in the town of Three Rivers. The staff was responsive to an issue we had and helped remedy the issue quickly. The bedding and bathroom appeared perfectly clean. We did not feel uncomfortable during our stay.
Disliked: When we checked in, the first room they gave us hadn’t been cleaned. There were piles of trash and empty water bottles scattered around the room. When we spoke with the staff, they gave us a new room which was perfectly clean. It’s definitely an old hotel that hasn’t been updated in a while. The pillows were really limp, the towel rack fell off the wall as soon as I hung a towel up, and other furnishings seemed old/broken.
