Liked: This place is actually really nice. we were very surprised how nice and large the rooms were. the Breakfast was great. I will stay here again.

It was adequate for what...

Liked: Everything was clean, staff was pleasant. Breakfast was included. There's an elevator.
Disliked: The rooms are stripped down to absolute basics: only 2 coat hangers, only 2 bath towels and 4 facecloths, no plug in the bathtub so you couldn't take a bath, no coffee maker in the room (fortunately we had brought our own with our own ground coffee), no paper towels, only 1 wastebasket. Beds are very firm. It seemed very noisy as we were on the main floor (ask for an upper floor next time), and we could hear lots of footsteps and very loud talking from the unit either above us or next to us - the walls seemed to be very thin :-(

Disliked: Arrived for check in (during scheduled arrival time)front desk did not communicate well with cleaning staff so when we arrived to our room we were asked by staff to leave so they could finish cleaning but front desk had checked us in and given me the keys, carpet was stained and yucky, beds were rock hard, no complimentary bottle of water, three tissues in the box, no hand towels, two bath towels for three people. Despite running the air conditioner the room was so hot that one person literally vomited from the heat. During our stay our room was entered by a staff person while guest was sleeping. Parking was very limited and small spots to park in. Breakfast was bare bones but enough to tide us over till getting to restaurant. Tables were never wiped down after repeated use. Will not stay here again

Clean place to stay for...

Liked: Advertising a pool on site so we booked here for the kids but when we got there we were informed the pool wasn't working. No alternatives offered, no discount offered...just a BB lunt. "Sorry but that's a you problem"... actually, it's a WB problem to falsely advertise pool facilities when there is none.
Disliked: Staff were dismissive or struggled shoulders like they didn't understand English.

Nice motel but room cards...

Liked: Nice motel and very friendly at the front
Disliked: They need to figure out a new key card system or have overnight reception. Was travelling alone for a wedding and could not only enter the hotel, once I did neither of my cards worked for my room. This is not safe and was awful having to deal with at 2am when all I wanted to do was get to bed and retrieve all my belongings. Do have an emergency number and someone sleeping overnight at the hotel but if your phone was dead you would be absolutely hooped. So many people had this issue apparently. Need to either fix the cards or have overnight reception (reception is closed 10pm-6am). They said to keep the cards away from my phone and it was in my purse all night and my phone was on me. Also this day and age nothing is ever away from phones and they need to get new cards if being near a phone apparently wipes them.
