Very good

Liked: The staff at the front desk at the Days Inn were wonderful. We loved that we had a kitchen, bathroom,living area, and a bedroom. The location was good. We loved the little kitchen, although we didn't use the range. We had a great view of the sunset from our sofa couch. Parking was easy. We liked that there were not a lot of units and it was fewer people. They supplied towels, hand soap,shampoo, dish soap, silverware, pots and pans (no plates that I could see), a fridge, a cute little coiled range (wish we would have tried out), microwave, coffee pot, a few keurig cups and coffee cups. The bedroom was big enough to even set up our baby's pack and play and have enough room to walk around. Overall, it was an awesome stay.
Disliked: We had to check in at the days inn and drive back. Which wasn't a huge deal, just informational. When we first walked in, we were hit with the smell of bleach. I understand that things need to be clean, but we had our baby with us. We opened up the windows and went to the grocery store while airing it out. Every picture and the dresser were crooked. We thought it was funny, but I also fixed it (ocd tendencies). The bed was uncomfortable for us to sleep in. There wasn't a broom to sweep up the sand we brought in. There wasn't a fan in the unit. Make sure that if you sleep with a fan, you bring one. You can hear people having a conversation in the neighboring unit. Another reason to bring a fan, lol. Although these were the cons, there was nothing that couldn't be fixed.

Didn’t stay

Disliked: We arrived and it took over 45 min to check in because the guy was lost and didn’t seem to know what was going on, they then said they needed to find our room key and track it down we then got our key went over and opened the room there had been no cleaning done towels on the floor bed was messed up smelled like cigarettes room was very very small. We demanded a refund mind you we had 3 kids with us and dealing with all this we went next door to the Comfort Inn way better staff cleanliness was very good . I think management at the Westorly is not well visualized with employees.

Disappointing

Disliked: This place was said to be remodeled but the towel bar coming off the wall toilet paper holder wasn't even installed on the wall hole next to breaker box the floor was really dirty all over there was only one place to sit maybe put a futon or couch in living room

Weirdest place i have ever...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Room had not been cleaned. Towels on floor bed not made. Weirdest room i have ever seen. Unnecessary wall separates bedroom from living room making both rooms too small. No side tables in bedroom. Not enough room for one. Could be a two bed room without that wall. No remotes for the tv. Workers came in next door at 1030 at night. I found a number to call to complain since the office is at days inn nearby. Workers finally left around midnite. Bed in the room was not comfortable. Days inn was very apologetic and nice but i will never stay here again. Really weird place.

Disliked: THE WALL HEATER DID NOT WORK, MAINTENANCE NEVER CAME, I STAYED ONE NIGHT AND CHECKED OUT THE NEXT DAY, TOLD THEM I COULD NOT STAY IN A ROOM THAT HAD NO HEAT AS I HAD JUST GOT OVER PNEMONIA 2 WEEKS AGO... THEN THEY OFFERED ME A HEATER, WHY DIDN'T THEY DO THAT THE FIRST DAY....NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN MY WORSE ENEMY...
