Liked: The location is excellent and within walking distance of lots of the tourist activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful and love the tea, lemon water available at reception 24hrs Thank You

Staff were very helpful and...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and ground floor facilities were spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: My single room was on 6th floor, miles away from my friends’ room on 1st floor. Sixth floor was pretty unwelcoming. Room was tiny and not very comfortable. Heating not easy to regulate. Noisy air con machines on rooftop outside window. There was no bedside lamp.

Staff and location perfect

Liked: Staff were exceptional. They were so helpful and organised a late check out as my mother was unwell. Perfect location and very clean rooms.

Excellent, well staffed location with...

Liked: Staff was excellent. Very friendly. The breakfast was outstanding! Location was great.
Disliked: The room was very small. Very little room for our luggage. The bathroom was very small, especially the toilet space!
