I don't think the grounds...

Liked: Grounds were beautiful, a park like setting.
Disliked: Was forced to upgrade to a river view room because we brought a dog, so the $10 animal fee was actually $50. Also, there was not enough coffee for two people.

Liked: I loved the play structure and the jacuzzi tub with a full kitchen and separate master bedroom.
Disliked: Better WiFi and if we stayed longer

Liked: Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the Columbia River. The room had everything we needed and the kitchen was stocked with the basic pots and pans, utensils, glasses, plates, etc. for light cooking. King bed was quite comfortable.The grounds are beautifully maintained, and there are many birds. We saw a big bird (Turkey Vulture?) drying its wings on a nearby stump outside our window.
Disliked: TV was not connected to WiFi. But it was kind of retro to watch cable TV

Liked: Nice location 5 minutes from downtown Hood River and right next to the historic Columbia Gorge Hotel. Our river view room with balcony was comfortable and well-appointed. It lived up to its name by truly having a gorgeous river view. Very comfy bed.
Disliked: Could hear shower bring used in other unit, but maybe that's unavoidable anywhere you stay. A hook on the bathroom door would be nice. Small bathroom, so door swinging in makes it even more tight.
