Liked: Very helpful, friendly staff, easy location for all our outings. Earls court underground few minutes walk.
Disliked: Nothing, we will stay here again next time in London..

Paying Hotel Prices for Hostel...

Liked: Overall, the place was clean and the location is near Earl's Court Metro station, which is very convenient for moving around the city. There are late night bars and shops around the station which are great for supper. The environment is rather safe even for us 3 girls walking back from the Metro late at night.
Disliked: The staff were not helpful. We had a family situation and needed help with our booking. However, it was challenging to communicate with the hotel, they were unresponsive to my emails and messages. Even after calling them, they kept saying their manager was not around and did nothing to help. They even said they had no records of us calling them (which was untrue and I even showed them the call log) and just gave a "oh sorry, oh wells" kind of response, which appeared very insincere and left a sour taste in our mouths. The price per night at this "Hotel" was high for what it is worth. I could get a higher end hotel with similar pricing. For what we got, a small room that was rather cramp and lack of basic amenities like hotel slippers, do not disturb sign, water, was disappointing. The shower was so small, even for a petite woman, I felt it was a squeeze (knocked my elbow several times just to wash my hair). Felt more like a hostel branding themselves as a hotel. Would I recommend this place? No. Will I stay here again? No.

Liked: There are lots of properties in around this area at approximately the same price; they also offer the same amenities.what distinguishes this one is the staff which I think might be the owners but I am not sure; they’re friendly and they were always willing to help in various ways. I think their interest in their customers is more like a bed-and-breakfast than a hotel. They generally want to make sure you enjoy your stay and have a good time in London.The other thing that’s awesome about this place is it’s so convenient to the tube and nearby pubs but it is really quiet.
Disliked: For the price, I think I got good value. The only thing is they don’t have air conditioning , but that’s not a typical for properties in this area at this price point.

Superb

Liked: Katrina gave us a warm welcome and was always pleasant and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient for Earls Court tube and lots of amenities close by. We will definitely be returning.
Disliked: Could have done with a set of drawers in the room.

Overnight stay

Liked: Perfect location for me. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Tiny room and bathroom, very cramped. But manageable for one night
