Liked: On arrival was ushered into a room .. used as di ing room with empty cans and bottles on the table .. this was late afternoon . and told they had no room for me .. although i’d booked and paid through Booking.Com.. also no room for my son and his family (room for 4)
Disliked: Door mat was covered in dog hair .. dogs barking loudly from another room .. Owner shouting at them to shut up !

The man was so lovely...

Liked: The man on the desk was so lovely
Disliked: It just didn’t seem clean and a really bad smell and no toilet roll in any of the toilets the whole stay , and a room next door that just sounded like loads of men getting drunk just didn’t feel very safe as I had children

Disliked: We realised this was a budget hotel by the price but sadly the single bed in our room was so uncomfortable as base broken and mattress need updating too so had a painful night sleep felt I was in a hammock as dip in center of bed was so bad, tv didn't work and we didn't realise no shower or bath in room that was ok as toilet in room which was main thing. Hotel in ideal location for tower. It's only the bed situation that spoilt our stay here really as it gave me a horrendous backache

Disliked: Smelt like mould when we woke up we was all soaking wet with damp! Room was Ment for 2 adults 4 children I thought would be a double bed and 2 bunk beds yet it was 3 bunk beds! Bathroom was up stairs with no sink and no toilet roll

Liked: So far has been the best room I have stayed in while in blackpool and was the cheapest room I'd stayed in
Disliked: The window didn't close

Fantastic stay, very welcoming staff....

Liked: Fantastic location, brilliant venue for money. The gentleman who looked after us there couldn't do enough for us he was absolutely fantastic, so kind and welcoming and really made us feel welcome and at home.
Disliked: The bed could have been more comfortable but for the price we paid it was not a issue at all
