Liked: Good location and central to bus routes. Photos of rooms were as shown (except not as clean as I had hoped). Basic, but this is reflected in the price. Towels cleaning soft and bed comfortable. Netflix included on the TV.
Disliked: Missing plug in sink and no water from hot tap. Cold water tap not working at times, and as some other guests have already commented, sewage smell on occasion from bathroom area. As I was only really needing a bed for the night, this did not impact on me hugely.

not value for money

Liked: It was located close to the event I was attending
Disliked: The decor was really shabby and done so cheaply. There were holes in the flooring, unfinished elements to the doorways and plug sockets etc. There was a mirror hung randomly so high up the wall it was impossible to use. All in all it was quite depressing. And definitely not value for money!

Fine for a place to...

Liked: Once you understand that this is a let yourself in arrangement and that there’s not anyone you can speak to only message then it’s easy to access. Location was great for the Brighton on the Beach event. Room was clean if a little run down, towels and bedding etc all seemed really clean
Disliked: Room 11: - bed is not comfortable, super soft and sinking in the middle so that you both end up in a heap in the middle no matter what- very noisy cheap fan, could have invested in slightly better ones considering this is a £150 room at peak times - shower runs alternating hot and cold
