Our overall experience - Very...

Liked: The location The electric fan was great to cool down the room. Water always hot. Bathroom decorated to a good standard.
Disliked: The bed was very small. For a Deluxe room disappointed. No mirrors apart from in the bathroom. Shower was great but porcelain very slippery and nearly fell numerous times, A shower mat would've helped. The electric shorted more than once which was annoying, that said though it was fixed straight away.

Liked: Liked the location.
Disliked: Room was a bit cramped for three people and luggage. There were no instructions on how to operate the shower, which required using a switch which was located outside the bathroom. We had no bathroom lights the first night however this was rectified the next morning.

Disliked: Room small .Kettle didn't reach plug socket.Shower didn't work .Shelf was not level so things kept falling off of it. Pigeons nesting in ceiling literally above the bed.

We loved our stay! Great...

Liked: This property is beautiful! The room is spacious and the decor is really lovely. The bath in the bedroom is such a wonderful feature. The location is great, a few minute ls walk and you are on the beach and the centre of Brighton is a short walk away. The self check in service was well explained prior to our trip and messages were responded to promptly. Once we arrived, the self check in service was easy to use and there were no issues.

Disliked: The shower drain trap smelled of stale water, which made the shower:toilet area smell. Two mornings around 9am I went to use the sink and there was no water from the tap or the shower.

Disliked: Very hot in the room we stayed in

Basic lodgings, but good value...

Liked: Great location and good value for the money overall. The staff responded quickly to our messages and did what they could to accommodate our requests.
Disliked: The lack of staff can be somewhat inconvenient. It would have been nice to be able to store the bags at the guest house a few hours before check in and after check out.
