Highly recommend

Liked: The host was always available, I liked the location. The room was clean, there was a private bathroom on the same floor — everything was great.
Disliked: When I booked the room, I was sure I had booked one with an en-suite bathroom. But I think it was just my mistake, not the host’s fault. Next time, I’d like to book a room with a bathroom.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: We had a mouse in the apartment, Coming up from holes in the kitchen floor. There’s Lots of unfinished work in bathroom. Plastic cladding coming apart in bathroom. unfinished plastering in bathroom or fresh plaster as it was very dusty. We could have used a fan however the heat was mainly coming from the boiler in the bathroom. window in bedroom uncovered (steps outside lead up to window) Overhead fan on oven not working. So we didn’t feel like we could use the cooker, because of setting fire alarms off. shower pipe gets really hot and as the shower is so small you end up touching it. Cleaners left stuff at the bottom of the stairs and didn’t make any effort to move it when we wanted to leave the room. Also blocking the hallways. Plastic “wall” coming apart in bathroom unfinished plastering in bathroom(Dusty) unfinished floor in bathroom. (Tripped on a few times)

Bad

Liked: The room is centrally located, the bed is comfortable and the bath is quirky.
Disliked: The room was dirty, dusty and poorly maintained, there are holes in the walls, some filled in some not. The bathroom "tile" is plastic floor tiles which are coming away from the wall. One bed side lamp is unusable as there is no socket available. The same goes for the kettle, we had to put it on the floor to use it, the "wardrobe" had only one coat hanger, there is paint peeling off the walls, the furniture is temu quality, the fake plants were broken, the shower head was filthy and yellow the fan is covered in dust, the windows are painted shut. The room is situated next to the main exit so we were woken up every time the door closed. The check in process is unnecessarily difficult. It's priced at luxury and yet it's actually bodged and budget quality. Really disappointed, this was a trip for my birthday and it put a very negative spin on the weekend.

Quiet, comfortable, convenient, clean -...

Liked: Lovely room, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, tea and coffee, nice shower, good quality towels. No staff - key code on front door, lock box for room key - but none were needed. Beautifully quiet and restful. Highly recommend
Disliked: The kettle was a bit odd. The cable wouldn't reach to the nearest power socket, and I had to plug it in next to the bed. It only really held enough water for one cup (which was fine - I was on my own), which meant it was very light, so had a tendency to slide towards the edge of the bedside table. Not a big thing at all, but everything else was so good, it was noticeable

Disliked: Had some problems with the shower. Changed room but the shower was too cold there too.
