Liked: Room was good, clean and comfortable, Staff brilliant and friendly
Disliked: The kettle had to be plugged in near the fkloor :) really weird setup.

Avoid . Not worth the...

Liked: The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No hot water coming from the sink. The shower was electric but no constant flow. It went from cold to scalding. No coffee machine like it states. The bathroom was so small your back was against the door. The room was too hot even with the window open and the fan that was left was a waste of time, finally it's no smoking but if you like smoking Cannabis it seems to be ok as every time we walk in the place stunk of it. Finally no parking in the area . Half a mile away to find a space. Oh and the cookies and chocolate that is supposed left is none existent, just like the coffee machine.

Disliked: Photos are measleading, the place is more of an airbnb with no staff on location, room was hot without ventilation, walls were thin.

Disliked: The bed slats fell out. The wooden floor was full of gaps.

Liked: Great room. Very comfortable and clean. Short walk to the beach and the pier. The bath was perfect after a long day of travelling. Would stay again

Disliked: I booked a single room. I don't think I've ever stayed in a smaller space. Not only small, but oddly shaped, meaning getting in and out wasn't easy. I had to perform contortions to get into the shower. The shower head was broken so most of the water just dribbled on the floor. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. There was no space to store any luggage, and only a very narrow shelf , from which most items had a tendency to fall off. Maybe this was all because it was Room 13. Avoid that room if possible!
