Good, clean, comfy, west wing...
Liked: The bed was sooooo comfy, ended up sleeping for 10 hours...........
Disliked: Would be nice if the parking fee would be listed on line when booking.. Another 15.00 was added to our stay....

Meh.
Liked: It is in a great location. Love being able to walk to the university or take a loop on Meewassin Trail.
Disliked: It’s definitely getting rundown. The gym was closed. Fixtures in the bathroom sink were cheap and didn’t really offer anything but almost off or intense jets of water.

Disliked: The furnishing in the room were a little worn. but it was nice to have the fridge. The office chair needs replacing.

I’m really disappointed to encounter...
Liked: I have been staying at the Park Town since 1973 when I first stayed there with my father. It has always been been good until this stay 03 May 2025.
Disliked: Park Town Hotel03 May 2025Room 150The sink did not drain an we call the front desk before running an errand. Sink drained well when we returned but my son went to use the toilet and found feces on the underside of the toilet seat. We requested a different room.Room 219Room was clean but there was no way to securely lock the passage door to the adjoining room. Maintenance discovered there were no holes cut into the steel door frame to allow the hatch and deadbolt to engage and lock the door. Maintenance man took photos on his phone. Room 219 could not be locked and secured. Room 240This room had only one bed and a pull-out sofa-bed. We had booked for two beds but this was all that was left. Front panel on the air conditioner fell off when my son looked out the window. Bottoms of the drinking glasses were dirty. The temperature in the sitting area where the sofa-bed was didn’t work and room stayed too cold. We had to leave the bedroom door open to let warmth into the sitting area. On the floor I stepped on metal drill shavings that hadn’t been cleaned up. On the bathroom door was a smear of what looked like ketchup. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel had been watered down. All three came out watery having no viscosity. This gas been the most disappointing experience I gave ever had at the Park Town since I began staying there since 1973.
