Disliked: Swimming pool and hot tub never worked the whole time I was there the fridge had mold and no microwave for the first 2 days and staff is starting to be rude

Terrible

Liked: The staff was nice but not really knowledgeable & took 4 different room moves to finally get me a room.
Disliked: It took 4 times of moving rooms & there was still an issue with the tv not working. The first room had no electricity the second one only had 1 queen bed when I requested 2 the third room the tv didn’t work & finally the 4th room which finally got moved in to after midnight was ok not very clean but I was very tired at that point. I will not stay there again & will not recommend to anyone. They also had construction going on which I was not warned about.

Liked: The shower was great. I'm glad it had a refrigerator. Looks like they are remodeling the hotel.
Disliked: Bed is uncomfortable. Air conditioner working but could not keep up. Part of the mold8ng around the floor is coming off. Also, the shower floor cracked.

Disliked: There was no pool as posted. The breakfast was very limited to nothing. There was a huge stinky stain on the carpet.

Adequate for our needs, but...

Liked: Very comfortable bed, room mix up resolved by free upgrade, friendly and helpful staff, room overall was comfortable and decently furnished
Disliked: Room mix up (gave away our room), stained carpets and torn sheets, VERY noisy (hotel is very near the freeway, and our room was right above front desk and breakfast room, with no wall to block sounds- waffle iron beeping at 6 am is an effective, if unwanted, alarm clock). Exercise room, pool and hot tub were all nonfunctional, and for some reason our room had been stocked with coffee packets but no coffee pot.
