if it were not for...

Liked: room 523 actual room was spacious even though very outdated.
Disliked: Bathroom facilities were abysmal. shower curtains, outdated shower tap etc.....

Liked: Breakfast was disappointing as the hot food was cleared by 8amThough I was served ala carte selection it was surprising to see the buffet being closed so early

Liked: This hotel is in a great location, and super friendly helpful staff!
Disliked: This is an older hotel that could be amazing if some major investment was put into a reno! Bathroom is probably most urgent - a shower curtain, and nowhere to place a toilet bag as the wash basin is just one large basin, so I had to place on toilet or floor. Bed was also not the most comfy, and no kitchenette - kettle etc inside wardrobe.

Great place, close to everything,...

Liked: Room 401 great position, awesome size, the room service was great, TV was great.
Disliked: Unfortunately we were freezing, there was no extra bedding or pillows and the heater would turn off during the night and we woke up very cold each morning.
