Overall a good stay other...

Liked: Close to the Michael Fowler centre Bed comfortable
Disliked: The glasses were all. Dirty from previous people We had a meal at night and we found the young girl waitress was grumpy. Banging down the glasses and food plates on the table when she served us all

Disliked: Very basic room - but comfortable and fine

Liked: Conveniently located near Te Papa and Takina exhibition centre. Clean but sparse.
Disliked: No glasses (cups) in the room

Liked: Very clean, friendly staff, great location.
Disliked: Shower over bath was a bit trickier as i have some mobility issues, restaurant food was fine but not great.

Liked: I’ve stayed previously and line it’s central location
Disliked: Due to road works and construction happening around the hotel and the fact we were arriving at night it was very difficult to find the entrance . Some prior warning would’ve been good as Google instructions send you to a place you can’t drive to. However once I parked in a nearby street and walked to main entrance the receptionist was very helpful in showing us how to access hotel with a vehicle .
