Liked: Lovely position and helpful staff . Beautiful surroundings
Disliked: The lift didn’t work properly

Cannot wait to return.

Liked: It’s a stunning hotel in a wonderful location. If you bought a detached house opposite this hotel, you would be spending upwards of £5m.
Disliked: Bed was too small. Instead of “King, queen” etc, give the measurements.

Helpful staff and beautiful location

Liked: Location was lovely and very convenient to visit relatives
Disliked: The lift was out of service but I was moved to a ground floor room.

Liked: It's a nice looking building in a quiet and green area
Disliked: It's a bit tricky to get to without a car and the rooms & furnishings are but dated (but clean and looked after nevertheless)
