Very good

Great stay

Liked: The reception area was clean and modern looking. Check in staff were friendly and assisted me with some documents that I needed photocopied which was very helpful. The room was fairly clean except there was a half empty wine bottle sitting on the bench when we walked in and there was some mould in the shower but other than that the room was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and strong. It was nice having Eat Street located directly beneath the hotel too. I would stay again!
Disliked: Half empty wine bottle sitting in the room made it feel a little unclean.

Liked: Very central location for North Sydney. Nice gym and pool.
Disliked: Elevator situation, there is one elevator that does not go to street level from room floors. You have to change elevators. Should not be an option that this elevator opens when going down.

Liked: Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Location was very good
Disliked: Cost of parking provided by the hotel (about $45 for one night). No views. I was on the 11th floor and when I open the curtain I stared straight into a brick wall about 10 ft away. I requested an early check at 1400 in lieu of 1500. On arriving at the hotel I was told my room wouldn't be available until after 1500. No spare blankets in the room.
