Disliked: I don't eat cooked breakfast and for me the buffet breakfast was poor.

Bad

Disliked: Staff rude on checking in. I was there for my birthday and because I was 18 they didn’t want to allow me stay, then after checking in I was told I would not be allowed to go into the bar and they would be watching me come and go . Made me very uncomfortable. I was there with my boyfriend to use as a base to go shopping. We don’t drink so wasn’t going to use the bar , but we were made to feel really uncomfortable.

Liked: The staff was friendly and informative. The cleaning crew were very helpful when I had problem with the door lock.The breakfast crew were friendly and attentive.
Disliked: nothing. I was very satisfied.

Liked: Great room clean and well presented, bar and restaurant well staffed and competitively priced, breakfast selection was good and the cooked breakfast was perfect. Parking was free and at the front of the Hotel

Disliked: The long walk from Reception/Restaurant etc. to/from our room. I am 71 years old with a heart condition and use a walking stick but we were put in one of the rooms furthest away!!

Disliked: Short stay 1 night, comfortable beds, big rooms
