Disliked: this was further away from everything than we expected. However, the bus was nearby and we had no trouble getting around.

Beautiful and clean

Liked: The property was beautiful. The room was clean and nicely updated.The staff was nice. Restaurants are within walking distance.
Disliked: Very little hot water, the entire time!!! Follow the signs to locate the hotel check in. It's a big campus and one can easily get very lost!

Overall good

Liked: Staff were professional an accommodating. The suite was perfect for our needs.
Disliked: There was no easy way to load and unload suitcases/supplies. The loading zone was occupied on my departure date and I had to make several trips with 2 kids to the parkade. It was very inconvenient.

Liked: Very accommodating. Walking distance to all the shops and even transportation is just one block away.
Disliked: I think their microwave is not working. We re-heat the cinnamon rolls for a minute but then it’s still cold. Then we tried for 2mins and it burnt.
