Liked: Very clean, modern and comfortable.

Liked: Great space and well appointed. It’s location was ideal as long as you had a car to then explore further into Vancouver. The local shops / bars etc were very good.

Convenient location for UBC events

Liked: Location to our venue and nearby amenities.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a full length mirror

Disliked: this was further away from everything than we expected. However, the bus was nearby and we had no trouble getting around.

Beautiful and clean

Liked: The property was beautiful. The room was clean and nicely updated.The staff was nice. Restaurants are within walking distance.
Disliked: Very little hot water, the entire time!!! Follow the signs to locate the hotel check in. It's a big campus and one can easily get very lost!

Overall good

Liked: Staff were professional an accommodating. The suite was perfect for our needs.
Disliked: There was no easy way to load and unload suitcases/supplies. The loading zone was occupied on my departure date and I had to make several trips with 2 kids to the parkade. It was very inconvenient.
