Liked: Location was great for where we needed to go.
Disliked: Maybe having wheelchair accessible rooms, but my husband and I were grateful that guys pitched in and helped us up the stairs

Happy and comfortable stay.

Liked: Nice, clean spacious room. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Lots of parking. Convenient to have dinner downstairs, which was lovely. TV and air-conditioning in room were a nice bonus.
Disliked: Wife said female toilet has come unstuck off concrete, so a bit rocky. Sanitary pad bin overflowing, which was a bit gross. Shower is in the bath, which was a bit slippery and dangerous, no grab rails for safety. Staff could have been a bit more welcoming on arrival, bar staff were lovely.

Liked: Hotel itself was fantastic, great food good staff, bed and room okay
Disliked: The share bathroom is terrible, only one female toilet and shower was over a very slippery bathtub was dangerous, paint pealing off the bath, no clean floor mat, mouldy tiles, lights weren’t working in shower recess, dirty old shower curtain. In the bedroom was two paper cups to have a cuppa but not even a spoon to stir the tea, Those things made it feel cheap and dirty.

Budget accommodation, needs to address...

Liked: Location was great, restaurant was good. Kids playground great. Value for money Happy Hour
Disliked: Multiple living cockroaches sighted in hotel room, and in restaurant. Unpleasant to find them crawling over your pillow at 10pm. Rooms appear to have an overpowering smell in an attempt to disguise the cigarette smoke smell of the downstairs area. Unable to open windows. Shower facility has very poor lighting. Toilet and bathroom standard were as expected for shared facilities. Noisy at times due road traffic.
