Liked: Location was good. Parking for our crew and semi-trailer was nice. Price was decent
Disliked: No fridges or microwaves in the rooms. When a fridge was requested, our employee had to carry the fridge himself to the room. The room keys kept deactivating every day. The final straw to leave was our employee had ppl come into his room while he was sleeping with their own key....

Liked: It was close to other places and casinos.
Disliked: The room was really small and the tv wasn’t working and the smoke detectors kept beeping all night. The walls were so thin you can hear someone in the next room and what they were doing. Needs more lighting and the room next to us you could hear them showering or using the bathroom. The beds are hard and the pillows were thin, the blankets were very uncomfortable and one of the white blankets under the comforter had a yellow stain on it and popcorn in the bed.

Outdated over priced rundown hotel

Liked: The first room we were put at it looked like a run down motel for $120 a night I called front desk and asked to be put in a different room and they asked why I told them that the price did not reflect the quality of the room they said they couldn’t do anything unless there was something wrong with the room so I said we’ll upgrade me to a decent room then so they charged me an extra $65 and the new room was just as bad as the last one the heater and it wasn’t even working properly it wasloud and the room never reached a warm temperature, the room looks like the inside of a funeral home save your money and go somewhere else.

Liked: I like the tub. I didnt know they served breakfast! I wasn't told when I checked in.
Disliked: The lights in the room working properly. The left side of the night side didn't have a light. Maybe the bull was burnt. And the clock too wasn't plug. That the whole outlet might have been out.

Liked: Room looks older, and some of the wallpaper was coming out of the walls, the biggest issue is all the elevators were out of service, so we had to go through the outside of the covered parking lot.

Liked: The casino was nice as well as the atrium
Disliked: We found a cockroach in our room. We were moved to another room yet never offered a discount or even apologized to. Elevator was down to one for 8 floors at the tower.not clean or updated
