Poor

Disliked: the bedding and pillows were old and worn out. the rugs were dirty, the elevators didn't work well. The ice machine seemed broken. it just seemed dirty and old.

NEVER AGAIN!! never to stay...

Liked: That we were leaving.
Disliked: Dirty room, not handicap friendly, poorly trained front staff. No sense requesting mobility accessible rooms or close to elevators because they put us in the room farthest from the elevator. Only one towel each. No A/C, only heat. Only one light worked in the room, and one in the bathroom. Manager called maintenance, we got air but no light bulbs.

Disliked: Bed, pillows, room and hotel were run down, wall paper peeling up, ceilings looks like old water leaks, overall just looked old, dirty and in desperate need of repair. Only one elevator worked out of the two there. And it barely worked at that.

Disliked: On the 7th Floor elevator was extremely slow took like 20 minutes room looked like you hadn't been cleaned whole facility look like it had been cleaned elevator reminded me of growing up in in the Chicago project restaurant was horrible waitress told us this was leftover food from the buffet almost gagged it threw up yeah it would never stay there wouldn't even eat there or would take a s*** there

Night 2

Liked: The air conditioner was satisfactory.
Disliked: I did not like that only one elevator out of four were working and I had to wait 15 minutes just to catch the elevator from the parking to the room on a sixth floor. The room did not look great there were stains on the floor that all it would have took was a little bit of soap and water to wash up. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The room was a lot smaller than the room I rented before. The staff when checking in I needed my ID I said just a second while I grabbed it while I was grabbing it they excused me and help somebody else check in and then another customer before I was helped again. The the staff that was helping me was dismissive and rude The second staff lady that helped me was better. At 9:45 someone opened my door I said hello and they shut it do they not tell us that when someone is checked out? And check out is inventory 11:00. Because of how difficult it was to get from my very far away room to the casino I never ended up going to the casino. I will not be staying again at the nugget. Prices were way out of can range for the quality of the room.

Night 1

Liked: Accessibility for animals to do their business next to pool.
Disliked: No refrigerator, I had medication that needed to be stayed chilled.
