Perfect stay

Liked: Hotel 15 minutes from the Rynek and connected by tram, very nice location near the river, very helpful staff including a receptionist who one girl spoke Italian too.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The Staff was very helpful and the shower was great
Disliked: Bed was hard like sleeping on the floor, no milk or biscuits in room, breakfast was nice but not what we ordered.

Liked: Breakfasts were very good and can be had in breakfast room OR your own room. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Quiet Location about 20mn walk to old town. Bus and tram stops close by (250m) so can access all of city. Over 65's go free on all public transport, just makesure you have photo ID with you. 3 nights is plenty for Wroclaw
Disliked: No UK TV channels, so had to rely on content or apps on mobile device. Even just a UK news channel e.g. sky news etc would have helped. Building and room were of traditional style and decor so for those wanting a modern feel, this isnt it.No Lift - after a long days tramping around , a room on top floor without a lift was hard work.

Liked: The location is good, the building is beatiful.
Disliked: There's no elevator. The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. The river-view room is an attic with a small, very narrow window.

Disliked: No elevator so had to carry bags up 4 floors from ground level.
