Very good

Liked: Location is excellent, also customer service. There was AC, even very noisy internal body, in the hot weather it is good to have.
Disliked: We were on the top floor and there were no windows, just a small one on the roof.

Fantastic view and good location

Liked: I like how the staffs accomodate us and help us with some little changes with our room. The view in our hotel was fantastic and we are surprise with the compliments they gave us when we arrived and even after we check out.The panorama view was awesome.Hotel is located really in the city center with a very good location for transportation and markets.We truly enjoy the breakfast!Thank you. Also my daughter love the bathtub woth the overlooking view of the castle..🏰💕😘
Disliked: Maybe just a stairs going to our room.

Convenient but misleading announcement.

Liked: Location, close to central train station and old town and some key sites.
Disliked: The photos in the announcement are misleading: if the room says “attic” there is no proper window or view as in the photos, there is only a small “skylight” window. The rooftop cafe somewhat compensates - view from there are nice.

Liked: Nothing it’s a bad facility hotel
Disliked: It cannot be better don’t recommend people with family to stay here

Liked: Location was great. Close to Wencelas Square, Metro and Main Train Station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and great breakfast.
Disliked: Perhaps the hotel was a bit dated.
