Uncomfortable stay and no way...

Liked: It was close to Wembley Stadium
Disliked: It was ridiculously hot and uncomfortable in the room. There were not enough towels and there was no way of contacting staff to request more.

Very pleasant stay overall.

Liked: Easy to get to great location, tube stop right around the corner.
Disliked: Wasn’t easy to contact the hotel. No answer when calling the number and tried multiple times also not very responsive through emailing. Could get better with the communication.

Terrible

Liked: Location, clean bedding. Room size ok.
Disliked: Cleaning is horrible, dirty shower dirty toilet, was walking white socks on the floor, and got dirty very fast. Dirty cabinets inside .. all very dirty. Terrible reception service. There were only two towels in the room for two people. I had no face towels or extras. I ordered another towel and the clerk made a very ugly face. Impossible only two towels in such a dirty place. TV did not work, without control to turn on the TV. It has a camera in various places, I went to the front desk to ask for the TV control and the towels more than 4 times and the receptionists would not answer. There is no curtain. There are many bad details

Liked: The room was brilliant! Very clean, well-maintained, and offered at an affordable price. I was impressed with the overall comfort and cleanliness. Definitely great value for money.
Disliked: Customer service was extremely disappointing. While staying at the hotel, I needed help with my reservation and called reception more than 10 times, but no one ever answered. I also tried calling the hotel number as instructed, but still got no response or call back. Even after ringing the doorbell, no one came to assist me. This lack of communication and support was completely unacceptable and very frustrating.

Great stay. I would highly...

Liked: Spacious room with a comfy bed and very clean. Had a small kitchen sink, microwave, and two fans (one large, one small). The toilet was clean and the shower area was okay for a solo traveller.The location is extremely convenient, about 3-5 min walk from wembley stadium (Metropolitan Tube Line), and there's plenty of food options outside, including halal options. Parking is in a safe place just at the entrance of the building.I would recommend this as a great place to stay for a solo traveller.
Disliked: The bathroom sink is quite small, but you can use the kitchen sink instead. The shower area could use a soap dish attached to the wall.
