We enjoyed our time

Liked: Area
Disliked: No central heating, would of been good if there was an extra fold down bed in lounge

Clean and comfortable stay in...

Liked: Lovely accommodation. Very clean, homely and peaceful location.
Disliked: Kids were disappointed the playpark was closed. We were offered a complimentary pony ride but unfortunately did not have time this time. We'd stay again providing playpark was open.

Disliked: No facilities apart fm fishing which is extortionate no shop no park

Exceptional

Liked: The 2 bed lodge was absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable and cosy. Very well equipped little home from home. We will defo be booking again
Disliked: Nothing bad to say about this place we will definitely be back we really enjoyed our stay.

Cabin 3 and 5

Liked: The cabin themselves were lovely and comfortable. Everything you need for a few days or longer . The beds and mattresses seemed creaky but had best nights sleep for a while. Not too far from lots of things to do. Short drive to blair drummond and briarlands farm , 2 good days out .Apart from disappointment of no play park we all enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: I actually picked these cabins as i wrongly thought there was this amazing playpark attached to it. Unfortunately, all there was was a muddy field. They had play park on their site but when you clicked the button nothing happened but never thought , I notice it's now down.You go to tripadvisor and these wonderful photos appear of it, but in hindsight the pics are 10 years old. The owner gave the kids a free pony ride for the let down which they fair enjoyed , really nice girls took them round.Also it's right by 2 very busy roads but after a day we stopped hearing the noise as we got used to it.

Great clean lodge, in central...

Liked: Spotlessly clean lodge, quiet area, felt safe and handy to Stirling and surrounding areas.
Disliked: No play park despite being advertised which was disappointing.

Okay but chilly

Liked: Great location, well equipped in kitchen
Disliked: It was cold in the lodge could only get 2 heaters to work. Pillows were really lumpy and the bed in the second bedroom wasn’t suitable for an adult. There were dirty towels left in the property as well as a couple of slices of bread in the bread bin and an almost empty tub of icecream in the freezer. Shower tray was very slippy and could do with a mat for children.
