Superb

Liked: Quiet. Easy access to beaches and towns. Decent small breakfast. Several grills available for guest use. Picnic tables in center of complex. Kitchenette. Small private table and 2 chairs under cover outside each door.
Disliked: Room was rather dark and showed the wear and tear that a small motel-type resort gets in a beach town.

Ok for a quick stay,...

Liked: Friendly staff and nice continental breakfast.
Disliked: Room was disappointing. It smelled musty when we arrived and was very dark. Strange refrigerator/microwave setup- could do something nicer. Dated bathroom but very clean.
