Wellness Hotel Step

Passable

Disliked: I was quite disappointed with my stay. Right upon arrival, I found out that access to the pool and sauna was not included in the room rate, and this was information that had not been communicated anywhere beforehand.Moreover, the room's cleanliness was poor, and the shower was terrible. I had to ask for a burnt-out light bulb to be replaced multiple times, and it was only done after two days. The staff was also unfriendly, and the hotel's location is bad, as you can't walk to anything.

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Special thanks to Pavlo and Martina for taking care of all our needs and even watching our dog Coco
Disliked: There were not enough amenities and mineral water in the room for 5 people.

Liked: The location of the hotel. The amount of facilities despite the fact that I didn't have the time to use it.
Disliked: The fact that it can be expensive if you add the access to the wellness center.
