Extra fees for everything

Liked: Very good breakfast!
Disliked: Everything is charged extra. Pool, fitness, you name it. Extra fees all over.

A value for money happy...

Liked: The service is good with welcoming staff at the customer service counter that takes initiative to offer help. The facilities are excellent for my family to spend some enjoyable leisure time together - badminton, tennis, squash, swimming pool, bowling, etc. Delicious food and heart warming service in the Hotel restaurant at a very reasonable price. The location is good not too busy but easy communication by tram and tax fare for commuting to city centre or major tourist spots are very affordable.
Disliked: None think of any.

Disliked: they promise me to refund me for the last night I cancelled. But they then refused. I'm very disappointed.Besides, the shower space is too narrow, you always hit the shower switch.

Disliked: Nobody explain we need to pay additional fees for the pool and wellness If hotel name is wellness hotel then it should be included in the price.Info about free parking was not clear where you can park and I think not enough parking space was available

Not worth it

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Construction work was being done which we were not made aware of, if this was made aware prior to booking then we would have stayed somewhere else as getting woke up at 7:30/8am on holiday isn’t ideal.
