Amazing stay! Amazing staff!

Liked: We came here to celebrate my girlfriends birthday and relax, and relax we did!. And the staff made sure we felt welcome from the start! They are very kind and helpfull and speak a good english! We liked everything! The room was good, the breakfast was good and taken care off! The sauna and hottub have been amazing! Thank you to all the staff that included with our stay! And for singing happy birthday at breakfast for my partner! 10/10 would recomend and come back here!The little gift when checking out was a +10 :)

Liked: Parking is free. There are two parking areas, one is behind the hotel, one is a few blocks further. We had the second, and were given a card to open the barrier.Room has sufficient facilities with wine, postcard, water as welcome gift, and also welcome drink at restaurant, gift when checking out. Everything looks clean. We were offered bottles of water for outgoing.Vegetables in breakfast change a bit each day. Quiet neighborhood. Close to tram station.We did not use spa nor gym. On the day of arrival, we could only have appointment at 11 pm, we cancelled it at 9pm due to tiredness. The other days we were busy outside thus no need to use.Receptionists did their job very well.
Disliked: Rooms are not well soundproof. After the first night, it turned out that the door on the street side could not well close. The hotel fixed it immediately and we were offered a better room (higher class), that was a great action from the hotel. However we can still hear the noise of the garbage collector in the morning, around 7.30 - 8.00 am. Luckily, the neighborhood was really quiet during our stay (3 nights). The first room is in the middle of the building, close to the stair case and lift, I can hear many people walking along in the morning to go to restaurant. There is another stair case at one end of the building, and I saw big rolls of carpets along the stair case between 1st and ground floor. They should be removed or it would not be safe in case of emergency.Staffs during the breakfast on the first morning (Tuesday) did not say sorry when I asked her and pointed to the missing fork on the table when I first came in, she asked again for confirmation "Fork?", "Yes" I confirmed, and she went without saying anything more. It was crowded in the morning and staffs could not be able to supply things in time. It is understandable. However, the staffs on the next two days communicated much better.Dishes are small and vary in size a bit. It would help to reduce traffic and the number of used dishes if the dishes are larger.Glasses and cups seem not clean enough. I experienced once and also saw others having similar problem.At peek moments, dishes, knives, forks, and small spoons were often not available. Sometime we needed to ask and wait for.Breakfast included is a reason we chosen the hotel. In that aspect, I would like to have variation each day such that I don't have to pick the same in several days in a row.The review scores are misleading. You should read other reviews to have a correct picture.
