Liked: Breakfast was great!!!
Disliked: The seating lounge at the reception area needs replacement. One chair the leg was broken and another one the leg was ready to break.

We did enjoy it but...

Liked: It was pretty close to places to visit and the tram was close. Just glad we had our exchange student with us to help maneuver around otherwise we would have been lost
Disliked: Our room wasn’t the cleanest. It was dirty under the bed, the shower was off the track tried to fix but couldn’t get both on. Otherwise the lobby and the restaurant was clean

Liked: The room was small but neat, ideal for one person, although I wouldn’t mind a smaller bed in order to have more space. Wifi worked great. The staff was very accommodating and kind.
Disliked: I did not like the location of the hotel, other than that everything was fine.

Liked: The staff were the best part. Very good speaking English. Explained everything very well. Were always happy to help with any questions or ordering taxi's etc. Free private parking also.
Disliked: The spa and gym is very poor. Jacuzzi was warm/cold both times I used it and gym is very small bad with not much to work with at all.
