Amazing Stay in beautifull Praha

Liked: - Friendly Staff- Good breakfast- Great location close to tram- spacious rooms- all the extra attentions like welcome drink in this hotel and Free drink in the other hotel they have, Bottle of wine in the room… thanks a lot!
Disliked: - no airconditioning- difficult to fix warm water in shower

Overall, the stay was manageable...

Liked: The room was clean, and the hotel’s location was excellent—situated in a safe area with easy access to the Old Town, public transport, supermarkets, and dining options.
Disliked: We stayed for three days, and while the location was convenient, several aspects of our stay impacted the overall comfort. There was no complimentary breakfast included for economy bookings, and the paid option was €16 per person, which felt quite expensive considering the basic offering.In-room amenities were limited. Only a small bottle of water was provided, and we had to refill drinking water from the washroom tap. While the water is potable, it was not a particularly comfortable experience. The absence of air conditioning was also a concern—despite the fan provided, the room remained uncomfortably hot during a 32°C heatwave.Toiletries were minimal. For a three-day stay, only one small soap was provided, which is not practical for guests who shower more than once a day. A small bottle of moisturizer was available, but the quantity was quite limited.Overall, it seemed the hotel may be trying to reduce costs in certain areas, which came at the expense of guest comfort. While we understand the importance of sustainability and avoiding waste, we believe improvements in basic amenities would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Liked: Good location, near tram stop, which goes to city centre. Very good breakfast. It was also possible to use jacuzzi and sauna, but we didn’t use it. Very helpful and kind staff. Everything was great.

Liked: Thanks to the booking system the use of wellness was easy and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and fresh, and we loved the paintings of Prague's famous places on the wall. We got several coupons useable in Prague. We parked our car at the hotel without fee, and used the really good tram network in the city.
Disliked: In hot summer days air condition is missing.
