Disliked: The place needs to be updated, furniture old.the master bathroom tub has a very bad repair job, almost seems unsanitary.

Liked: Location was amazing- plenty of free parking. Able to walk to town easily
Disliked: Room was a little chilly as the vents are in the ceiling and always seemed to be blowing cool air, even though the thermostat was set to 72 degrees and heat.

Such a great place, but...

Liked: The Good: Great location. Friendly Staff. Decent parking even if the spaces are a little small. The apartment was huge and right near the pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Comfy beds. Beautiful views of the bay. Bank of America ATM across the street. More of a condo/ home than a hotel room. Screened windows meant we could crank them open and enjoy the nice breeze from the ocean. Great value for Newport for families. Indoor pool is a nice off season touch.
Disliked: The Bad: The place is in need of a renovation. Furniture is kinda old, and the bathrooms were clean but need updating. Coubter Tops (Formica) felt very 1990s. Strange giant wall mirror in shower. The Ugly: NOISY. Heat was loud as heck and being next to the elevator comes with machine and clunking noises all day. Walls are very thin and the doors in the hall are metal... so bang bang bang when neighbors come and go. You can also hear every car in the parking lot. There was also this strange wind noise that we realized was coming from the fireplace.
