Wonderful location, pool and breakfast...

Liked: The location is great. Our family of 4 (including kids 7 and 9) also loved the pool and breakfast. However, we had booked a family room with king bed and pool-out couch for the kids. When we got to our room, we found a king bed and a single twin bed. We called down to reception to ask where the other kid should sleep. They then moved us to a suite, which they claimed was an upgrade, but it was 2 twin beds for the adults and then they brought in cots for the kids. I expected more from a nice hotel when we paid for a specific room.

Best customer service in Spain

Liked: The rooms were very good, and most important for me quiet! No noise from outside or inside the building. I also loved how fast everyone and everything was, from the parking, luggage to room to the room service. Very good customer service! Not typical for Spain.
Disliked: The common areas are a little worn down. Nothing major, but you can see the hotel is not new
