Liked: A quiet hotel in a peaceful neighborhood. Very clean rooms.

Superb

Liked: NIce hotel with clean and bright rooms. Air conditioning was very good. Housekeeping everyday with clean towels when needed.
Disliked: Bottled water renewed each day would be a nice touch.

Very good - we like...

Liked: This is an excellent location for us, because we have family living nearby. The rooms are well-maintained, clean and comfortable. The staff assisted us as far as they could in reserving our preferred room.
Disliked: A ramp at the front entrance would be helpful, for guests with heavy luggage and those with impaired mobility. One thing which surprised us was a STG10 daily storage fee per bag even though we had a second reservation three days later. We therefore moved our unwanted luggage to family living nearby.

Liked: Great location, quiet street, friendly staff, good room size and nice bathroom, great choice for breakfast, lovely outdoor space.
Disliked: Mattress a little too firm.

Horrible stay, over priced, misleading...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and location was fine
Disliked: The staff were horrible. They were rude, disrespected women and never wanted to solve any issue and questioned about charges that we never purchased. The hotel controls the air conditioner and it was extremely difficult to sleep soundly as a result. Every guest we bumped into also had poor experiences. We were charged for a king room and given a double room and when questioned, the manager said it was a generic picture. We did not get what we paid for!!!
