Excellent hotel for our short...

Liked: The hotel was perfectly located for our night out in Ilford. The staff were friendly and supportive. The room was a good size, on the ground floor as we had requested, and right next to the outdoor smoking area which made my husband happy! The bed was very soft, but comfortable and the bathroom was well decorated and smart.
Disliked: There was nothing that didn't meet the standard.

Disliked: The bathroom was horrible, and everything was falling apart. Fan was broken such that they use tape to hold it together, no air-conditioning. Lamp was broken. Nothing works. The owner/staff was so rude and not welcoming at all. I checked out after one night, nasty experience.

Liked: The accommodation was clean and had everything we had wanted. Microwave, hot plate, fridge electric kettle, coffee machine etc... Enjoyed my shower. The best among all of the places I have stayed in London. Sunny met us on arrival and he was easily contactable with any queries we had. There was cleaning services every alternate day and towels changed each time. The parking space was an added bonus and proximity to Ilford Station (Elizabeth line) which was a 5 minute walk is convenient for getting into Central London n Heathrow Airport. This will be our preferred hotel in the future if we travel into London again. Highly recommended.
Disliked: Our accommodation was an annexe at the back of the building so no covered walkway leading to it. Especially when it rains. The two big dustbins outside were a bit of an eyesore but didnt impact the facilities inside. The basic pots offered were scratched up and not usable. Bed was fairly comfortable but after few nights could feel it sinking in the middle. A change of mattress and pillows would definitely make this a perfect accommodation for the future. What I've written is suggestions based on my experience and in no way would like it to be construed as negative.
