Comfortable and handy for all...

Liked: Located close to the station, we had a separate annexe at the back of the property. Shown to our room by our host, the room was spacious, he had provided some extra heating while waiting for the radiators in room to be serviced. Tea & coffee provided. Room also had a fridge, microwave, cooking rings, plates, cutlery etc if you wanted to bring any food back to prepare. We used the local wetherspoons on the main road doing breakfast's from 8.00am. Other locations are available.
Disliked: We had to come down a few stairs or slope to our room, lighting is provided in the yard but was intrusive when trying to sleep. Maybe a blind over the glass at the front door and better blinds would help.

Liked: The host was super friendly and did everything to accommodate us to the best of his ability. Super kind person and welcomed us fantastically!

Pleasant

Liked: Location was good and minutes aware from the Elizabeth line and plenty of food outlets
Disliked: I had booked a room that from the pictures was clearly in the main hotel and looked really lovely, however on arrival we were put in a room outside the back of the hotel which I could only describe as a converted garage. The shower area was tiny and cold and the doors on the cubicle where broken. Also there was no milk provided for a cup of tea. If staying here I would recommend requesting to stay in the main building
