Very good

Liked: Great location, lovely staff, great bedrooms and bathrooms...perfect for our one night stay.
Disliked: There was no cafe on site which was a pity but to be fair, there was a list of great recommendations for cafes in the area.

Quirky Old world luxury boutique...

Liked: Cool boutique hotel loved the vibe of the old house nice and close to waterfront and stores & restaurants. Clean and comfortable and a nice change from chain hotel experience.
Disliked: The old elevator took a bit of getting used to - but it was quirky and fun. Hard to fit the luggage cart into. Also somewhat unusual to have no staff on site at night but the self check in was clear. We had no issues so it didn’t matter to us.

All in a stunning heritage...

Liked: Love this hotel!! I missed my check in, due to driving in late but the team left clear instructions for afterhours check in via email making a slightly stressful situation, seamless and less stressful. The room was stunning extremely clean, and the bathroom was spotless! Highly recommend and will be booking again soon in the near future. Thank you!

Liked: We were absolutely stunned with the beauty & facilities of this boutique hotel. It is a beautiful historic building, so wellMaintained & having kept allOf the beautiful detail of the building. It has all of the modern facilities within the beauty of antique furnishings & interior design. & being very central but in a quiet area without a lot of city noise. Absolutely loved it & will stay again:)

Exquisite old world charm with...

Liked: What a gem in the city centre. Like going back in time to a beautiful country home with a massive claw foot bath, a dining table area off the bedroom space but all the mod cons as well. We didn't see any staff because we were there on the weekend. however the checkin and check out were really well managed. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
Disliked: Nothing could be better - it was a superb hotel. The dining area/coffee shop wasn't open because it was a weekend, but there were lots of eating spots only a few minutes walk away.

Unique place to stay with...

Liked: Our room was spacious and wonderfully clean. It had a really homely feel - not the clinical nature of things that you get from a named brand room.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing! I even loved the lift!

Liked: No tea and coffee making facilities in my room despite being promoted both online and in the room
