Liked: I like the staff and the appearance of the hotel. I give a special shout-out to Darren. He just started as I leave off for school he has the hotel looking spotless. he deserves a raise.
Disliked: I dislike the third shift manager. I caught him asleep multiple times. He has a ugly attitude and I highly recommend he loses his job because he slept on the job and he had a horrible attitude towards his job.

Liked: Both Rooms were dirty and Not functional. Broken drawers in kitchenettes that made them non- usable. Under sink cabinets broke. Toilet broke. Refused to fix anything refused to give cash deposit back that they required for pet deposits. Dogs off leashes that were friendly with staff. Wall coverings coming off

Liked: Nothing was WELL!!!
Disliked: There was NOTHING I liked about the facility, or management. I requested another room and told I would be informed when one became available, but was never NOTIFIED. The photos I have taken are on my phone, can you provide an email for attachments? I had several issues with my room, one of the entry lighting, bed lighting was not working, the front of one of the kitchen cabinet was missing. I asked the manager if rooms are inspected prior to guest arrival she DID NOT provide me an answer. The facility did NOT provide luggage carts either.

Liked: They kick me and my kids without no we're to after I'll paid to stay 2 extra days and y'all got family I. There at stay over they 30days and I had a son that's on oxygen and now we staying the street I will never will be there anymore
