Very poor
Disliked: The room was very out dated. Furniture spotted and faded. Didn’t feel welcome.

Poor
Liked: The room was not as clean as it should’ve been. The towels in the bathroom wasn’t clean and white, I had to go to the front desk and get more. The bed was extremely loud when you move around. That too cover was nasty looking. The carpet didn’t look clean. The couch had burn holes in it. The room was just not clean enough. I felt like it was false advertisement. I probably would never stay there again.

Liked: How close it was to the casino very spacious
Disliked: The fact that it had bed bugs and the little sofa couch was not clean at all they should have put a cover or something on it to make it look more better other than that it was for the price it was I guess it was all right

I. Would like a refund...
Liked: No breakfast the only thing that was great about staying there was silence. I've stayed before but it has truly went below my expectations. Didn't get the room I reserved WiFi wasn't working & no complementary breakfast. The room mirrors was nasty 1 of the beds looks as if it was laid in. The door was open no microwave to heat my food no fridge to store my drinks no ice machine completely HORRIBLE
Disliked: I didn't get the room I reserved all I read about on the site before I booked was not available it's sad this place has gone to hell

Disliked: Sheets seems dirty with hairs still on them. Woke up second morning with bugs bites all over me. Didn't stay third night.

Well other than the complains...
Liked: Employees were nice
Disliked: Well the room was suppose to be a non smoking room but the room smelled like very old cigarette smoke and I don’t smoke it was very uncomfortable with allergies ,the smoke detector was taken from the ceiling and it was under the side table and carpet needed a really great cleaning I was surprised by this is was good when I stayed there before I don’t know what happened

Liked: Nothing .. 4 rooms in .. we get one but no heat to the room.

Terrible
Liked: The only thing good was it was close to casinos.
Disliked: Had to switch rooms 3 times. Tv didn’t work in the first, in the second the bed sheets had a huge yellow stain on it and the last room nothing was cleaned and wiped down, bed was filthy and VERY uncomfortable. Heat didn’t work, half of the lights didn’t work, it was just overall a terrible place to stay. We won’t be back if we’re ever back in the area.
