Great location. 3.4 miles from the pavilion. Loved sitting out on the porch so the bugs couldn’t bother us. Cute cabin but could use a few updates. Toilet was so wobbly and no real shows to watch in the 14 channels or so without cable.

Disliked: No hot water first night. Toilet is so wobbly; no coffee cups; comforter on bed was wrong way (minor but as a cleaner bugged me) and didn’t like no cable TV.

Liked: Location was great! Walking distance to Weir’s Beach. Large living quarters
Disliked: The living room had a futon, which was broken and also extremely hard to get out of for older people. The two chairs in the living room were absolutely filthy, covered in stains, and had rips on the arms. To try and mask the rips, they put placemats over the shredded arms of the chairs. Moving to the bedroom, The mattress was probably from 1970. After looking at the mattress with the sheets off, I observed blood stains all over the entire side of the mattress. Absolutely gross gross gross! The mattress on the top was also covered in black mold! I notified the manager and was given 50% off of my stay, but honestly the board of health should’ve been notified. This mattress was unacceptable!
